Its beginning to look a lot more like Christmas, a million thanks to St.Regis hotel, Dubai for an opportunity to feel Christmas festivities and magic in Dubai. You dont need Parkas, mitts, or pom-poms to be here.
Santas grotto, reindeers, frosty (the snowman), Christmas marketplace, games, activities, carousel, north pole express, zillions of Christmas lights, a gigantic Christmas tree, outdoor eateries, drinks, Christmas music, pictures with Santa Claus, family time and so much more.on top of that excellent weather and ambiance. What else do you want?
This will be our first Christmas after so many years in Dubai and we were miserable, we terribly miss Canada at this time of the year. Malls, houses, and public places, everything is festive during this time, its the best time in Canada. Christmas movies play daily on TV and one never gets tired of watching the same Holiday classics every year.
Winter Garden Market is an opportunity to explore Christmas in Dubai amidst sand dunes. We all love white Christmas and here at St. Regiss Winter Garden Market, you have a chance of experiencing white Christmas throughout the month of December. Of course, its not real snow but we can feed our souls while experiencing a feeling of contentment.
The food was amazing, the staff was awesome, there were chefs cooking live at the stations. I especially loved those disposables plates and cutleries not out of plastic but bamboo. What a nice way of going green while saving the environment! It also refreshed my childhood memories when we used disposables made out of tree leaves and cutlery made out of bamboo.

About the hotel: St. Regis is a 5* luxury brand, a part of the International hotel chain, Starwood Hotels. St. Regis and Westin hotel together make a new popular landmark on Sheikh Zayed Road as Habtoor City. Habtoor city is also home to Le Perle, the famous show in Dubai.
Habtoor owned a Metropolitan hotel in the same location a few years ago which was demolished to create this new infrastructure. My husbands first international job was at Metropolitan Hotel, SZR.
